Jirawat Pisitpongsa

Executive Director

Jirawat Pisitpongsa brings over 25 years of expertise in project coordination and management for large-scale design and construction projects. His extensive portfolio includes office buildings, commercial spaces, landmark shopping centers, and community malls. Known for his ability to manage highly complex projects, he excels in guiding them from concept development and strategic planning to design process control and seamless team coordination.

Throughout his career, He has played a pivotal role in delivering significant national and international projects, such as the SO Oasis Building, S Metro Building, S Industrial Estate, and renowned shopping destinations like ICONSIAM, Siam Paragon, and Siam Premium Outlet. His work reflects a deep understanding of construction and design processes under international standards, as well as a talent for managing intricate details and resource allocation.

One of Jirawat’s key strengths is his leadership in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams. He has worked closely with project owners, senior executives, consultants, engineers, architects, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving to keep projects on schedule and within budget. His ability to articulate concepts and professionally negotiate solutions has been instrumental in the success of his projects.

In addition, he has collaborated with world-renowned brands such as CHANEL and Estée Lauder, where precision, quality, and brand image are of the utmost importance. These experiences have further honed his ability to meet the highest standards and deliver exceptional results under demanding requirements.

He firmly believes that the success of a project lies not only in its design but also in the ability to translate ideas into actionable outcomes. His approach combines strong leadership, systematic management, and a comprehensive understanding of all dimensions of design and construction. Panu Amornbantukul

Design Director

is an accomplished architect with over 20 years of experience in large-scale commercial, mixed-use, and transit-oriented developments (TODs) across Singapore, China, and Southeast Asia. He specializes in innovative and technology-driven designs, creating user-centric and adaptable spaces that set new benchmarks for design excellence. As a partner at JPA, he has led impactful projects in major urban hubs, including TODs that seamlessly integrate urban mobility with dynamic public spaces. Previously, he held key roles at AECOM, CallisonRTKL, and LWK + PARTNERS, delivering high-profile developments across the region. His work blends creativity, functionality, and commercial success, shaping the future of urban environments.

As Managing Partner, Thanayod Amalitwarin leads the strategic and commercial direction of JPA Architecture. With a solid background in real estate development, retail investment, and business operations, he plays a central role in driving the firm’s growth, securing key clients, and overseeing major partnerships.

Bank is responsible for aligning the firm’s design vision with market demands, ensuring every project is approached with a clear commercial strategy and long-term value creation. He leads business development, client negotiations, and investment discussions—acting as the primary point of contact for developers, investors, and institutional partners.

In addition to his role at JPA, Bank has extensive experience managing mixed-use assets and large-scale retail properties, giving him a strong understanding of project feasibility, user needs, and investment performance. His leadership ensures that JPA operates not only as a design firm but as a strategic partner throughout the development lifecycle.
