The project Location is in Xiang Yang Dongjin New Area, the project has a planned site area of 140,967 square metres and a total above-ground capacity of 226,957 square metres. It is positioned as a 380-key four-star resort hotel as well as a commercial street, a ferris wheel and super high-rise offices. From the winning of the tender stage to the completion of the concept plan stage today, we have sought to think about the project site from the perspective of urban development, aiming to form a new urban landmark, a one-stop resort and leisure hotel by the Han River combined with a Ferris wheel and shopping town and a riverside park.
This will stimulate the urgent development of the new area, while creating a brand to establish a new image of Hubei Jiaotou. The image of the project takes a sailboat as the carrier of intention, symbolising the sailing of the wind and waves, and the relaunching of the millennium old capital by the river.
